Incompetent Operation
Stayed here for a concert because its connected to the venue, and the location is really convenient. Staff was polite, and meant well, however the experience was ridiculous. Room keys didn't work, and I had to come down to the front desk 3 times before they fixed the problem. For my troubles they gave us 3 comp tickets for the restaurant downstairs (there were four of us staying there), however the restaurant wasn't open the next day. The thing that really earns them 1 star, and fired me up was that they let my friend check into the room without his name on the reservation, and without any photo ID or confirmation from me. I booked the room in my name and paid for it in full ahead of time. This is a major liability, and is completely inexcusable.

We had trouble with heat in our room and staff generously moved us to make sure we were comfortable. We were there to attend a concert at the connected kellogg arena, that staff was not friendly. But Hotel staff was great. Room was clean. Any questions we had they answered. Id definitely stay here again.

Definately Not a Three Star
This was definitely not a 3 star. Reminiscent of a Motel 6 30 years ago on spring break. There were holes in the bathroom ceiling, the tile was old and looked dirty, the chair hot a 2 foot diameter stain. The room was in need of refurbishing. Upon check out the clerk said "Oh you should have asked for the executive room. Those have all been refurbished from the 9th floor up." I feel by booking thru Cheap tickets online we did not get a quality room for $132.00. We got a room that looked like a $49.00 Red Roof Inn in a supposedly three star hotel. We got ripped off with no compensation.

Veery Satisfied
Hotel was full. As a result, did not have maid service on first day. When a big event takes place, hote needs to have more bell hops and/or valet on duty. Overall great stay. Check in staff very nice and helpful. Night time bartender was great and very personasble
