The first room we went into the heat didn't work so we were switched to a different room. The second rooms bed was very uncomfortable. It was clean however my boyfriend and I both suffer from asthma and it left us both having a hard time breathing because you could smell mold.

Left after walking in the room and smelling it and looking around for 1 minute. It was the worst room I have ever encountered ever!!!!!!

Nothing luxurious about this Days Inn
I spent 9 nights in the hotel. I didn't get a newly renovated room, or if it was I couldn't tell. This hotel could use some updating. The ancient air conditioner roared even on low which made sleeping difficult. The exhaust fan in the shower sounded like a jet engine. Otherwise it was just basic. It wasn't nasty, just old. I've slept on worse beds. The bedding was clean. I had 2 full size beds which was fine for me alone. The staff was friendly. I didn't use the breakfast area. Other than that I wasn't aware of any other amenities. The room entry is from the outside. The location is good. It was an OK place to flop while visiting family. I was glad I brought my own towel. The pillow cases weren't bad I just prefer my own. The wash cloths were really sad. I borrowed one from my sister. There was just enough room to get by the foot of the beds and the furniture. One morning I ran a large silverfish down the tub drain before getting in to shower. It was the only one I saw. I just got back from spending 2 nights in a Day's Inn in Helena, MT. Nothing to complain about here. I don't know how old this one is but it is spotless. My husband and I had 2 queen size beds. The air conditioner was fairly quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Since this was a driving trip we brought our own pillows. We brought our own towels but didn't need to use them. The hotel towels were not fancy but good; not sandpaper or postage stamp size. This hotel had inside access to the rooms. It also served a very good, hot, made-to-order breakfast at no additional charge. The staff was very friendly. The room was much roomier, also, there was enough space at the foot of the beds for two people to walk by. All-in-all it was a very enjoyable experience.

Our trip
Our first room was disgusting. My feet stuck to the floor and it smelled really bad. We were given another room without question and that room was clean and comfortable.

Good location at good price
Staff was very welcoming and offered to Google locations if needed. Motel in the process of redecorating. No noise of inconvenience due to redo. Location ideal for our visit, restaurants and shopping nearby.

Yuck
We question if getting the room for $40 was still a bargain. The building is very old, the carpet made my bare feet dirty, the sink was stopped up, the toilet leaked, the towels were old and yellowed and the rooms were cramped. People tended to gather outside the rooms until late hours (can you blame them) which made the motel not very quiet. Thank goodness we only stayed one night and arrived very late. You couldn't pay me to stay there again. Clearly this is not one of Days Inn's finest.

overnight
The room was clean and quiet. Our stay was on a Saturday night and the motel was nearly at full occupancy. The beds were comfortable. The accommodations exceeded our expectations given the low cost of the room.
