Don't be fooled by the good reviews
The front desk person was extremly rude when I first checked in, and if I wasn't going to be charged the first night, I would have left then. Once I got to my room it looked as though the bathroom was never cleaned from the last stay, I had to wait while housekeeping cleaned the bathroom. Multiple times throughout the weekend our room would blow a fuse and we would have no electricity except for the A/C but it really wasn't blowing cold air and making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Upon check out had to wait 20 minutes while they inspected the room for damages. I called the manager on Monday to explain all of this to him, but once i started to complain he just laughed and hung the phone up on me. I have never in all of my years of travel had such a bad experience. I will never stay at this or any Best Western ever again.

WE were looking for a lodging convenient to an Art Show in Kazoo on Sat. and close to a casino for a day so the location was just right. We appreciated the kindness of the staff in accommodating two changes on a reservation date and extended departure time to keep our schedule.

Good location for a short stay
The front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, but there was chewed gum stuck to the bedspread! I got a good night's rest.

In all my years of traveling, I was never left a personal birthday wish by the maid service. It was a really nice touch.... Lisa
