Nice facility and excellent staff
I booked a room for my son, who was traveling to Detroit for the summer for an internship. He needed the room for one night before taking possession of a summer apartment. There was some confusion when my son arrived so I ended up talking to the front desk. The man at the front desk was very helpful as was the manager. My son told me it was a nice place, quiet and clean. Great location near Chrysler where he'll be working. Thank you to the staff for making this a pleasant stay.

great place for dogs
booked this last minute for easter weekend and chose this place due to reviews and the price for dogs which was fairly low. [...]was great and when we weren't happy with our first room (it was kinda musty due to carpet cleaning) he moved us right away. the staff were really friendly, especially to dogs, and our dog loved the indoor courtyard which she could roam off leash. rooms were really clean too!

Great location
Very good service, great breakfast!, we were on the second floor of a three-floor hotel and it was incrediblely noisy. We heard footsteps upstairs at 5am and noise in the hallway also. Not conducive to sleeping in. All in all, we would stay here again, but would request the top floor next time.

Lovely week end get away
In town for a funeral of a close relative. I stripped the bed and thought room service would make it but when I returned the bed had not been made. The trash didnot get pulled for the whole three days. These are all things I can live with for the price I had to pay for such a clean room.

Staybridge hotel stay
I called ahead to let them know I will be at three to check in. I request King size bed when I check in. I got there at four three p.m the front desk told me all king size rooms are sold out!!! No hair conditioner in the room and very noisy appliances in the kitchen of the room. The worst breakfast buffet ever!!! They clearly don't like to be nice to [...] costumers because they the girl that check us in was friendly to guests but not us!!!

Great for the Price
Stayed in a Studio Suite which was very clean, roomy and quite. Only 10-15 minutes from Great Lakes Crossings. Only downfall there weren't many resturants right by the hotel (except fast food).

Great place to stay
We were very happy with our stay at the Staybridge Suites- Detroit. Friendly staff, clean room and very good Continental breakfast.We felt that we got a lot for the cost of staying there.Close to Great Lakes Crossing Mall.

Unbeatable place at an unbeatable price
The hotel was a fantastic getaway from the rat race of life. Everything about the place was perfect, from the location to the breakfast buffet. Service was great, and access to the surrounding area was simple and safe. Short drive to downtown Detroit, AKA "The Joe", and a quaint, quiet, safe area to return to. Will be back!
