Close drive to the Palace of Auburn Hills. Use back roads and you get tight there. Do not take 75.

Okay for a quick overnight stay

The room wasn't very clean and the bed was not very comfortable. I could everything my neighbors were doing including going to the bathroom. Okay for a quick overnight stay but that's it.

Good price, good service. "Big Room"

The staff was really friendly, but when we got to our room the trash was full. It had never been emptied from the last guest. Other than that it was a clean room. We enjoyed our stay and would go back

Great one night stay!

Clean room, great price. Had no problems and was kind of shocked at the room for what we payed. We only stayed one night but there is everything you need there for a longer stay. Very happy with our stay!

Not what it seemed

The hotel appeared to be clean and kept up. There was no dishwasher in the room making it difficult to clean used dishes. Guests had to pay extra for pickup and replacement of dirty towels. They were given freely at the front desk, but the guests had to carry them out themselves. Washing and drying dishes made this especially inconvenient. The sheets did not fit properly on the bed thus causing an uncomfortable nights sleep. The front desk is not accomodating with air travel guests who need boarding passes. They refused to run our boarding pass, even for a fee. We were told where closest Kinko/Fed Ex office was and that we could go there. The hotel ran a fire alarm inspection on Monday morning during our stay and did not notify the guests. When I tried to call the front desk, there was not answer. After 7 tries, I got dressed and went downstairs, and was greated by the hotel manager, who told me that the clerk had the front desk phone and was with the housekeeping staff. There was a phone on the desk. He was unapologetic and I was told that it was not their procedure to inform guests of emergencies. I checked out that day. I will not stay at this hotel chain again, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

Very family friendly

This hotel was nice but offered no daily services unless you paid an additional fee. Location was nice near a college campus. Overall was a good value.
