Perfect hotel for concert at Palace at Auburn Hills
We were very pleased with our hotel. It was clean, comfortable. Staff knowledgeable about our needs for attending the concert at the Palace. Gave us helpful information. The breakfast was great for only $10 for our entire family. Much better than going to McD's!

Good place to stay
The room was nice, nothing special though. The balcony overlooked the freeway, but nothing terrible. The pool and hot tub were nice, my daughter loved them. They need to keep the towels a little more stocked though. I would stay there again. Good location to all things Auburn Hills and the freeway.

Visiting Dad
Room was not what I expected
We were visiting our daughter who lives in Oxford, MI. When making the registration we requested a handicap room and bathroom did not have any grab bars around the toilet making it difficult for my wife. We were expecting a bigger room based on the desciption of the room. The living room area was only as wide of the chair barely big enough for my wife's walker. The carpet in the room was damp like it was just cleaned.

Boredom Busting Dad
Not Family-Friendly during weekdays...
This was a mini-spring break get-a-way. I put my wife and teens on an AMtrack train from Jackson, MI to Pontiac, MI. I drove to Pontiac and picked them up from the train station. Went to hotel for quick swim and then to the Palace to watch the Detriot Pistons beat the New Jersey Nets!Morning was a bummer. I had upgraded the room to include breakfast through the [...]web page. Turns out that only on the weekend do all family members eat for free on the upgrade. The meal upgrade was good for only one guest. I took the kids to local Mc D's and left the inhouse meal to my wife...Hotel was neat and well maintained. I was kind of disappointed in the hotel staff not owning the problem. They kept blaming [...]for causing the problem. I probably missed some fine print...

Very Nice
Visited their pool/whirlpool facilities and was pleased. Very nice staff. Very close to Oakland University where we were visiting friends and close to other amenities.

Fantastic family getawa
The hotel was clean and personel was very attentive. The pillows are too soft but otherwise it slept great. The coffee was always fresh. The only problem was paying $10.00 for the breakfast. I recommend adding it to the check in rate if you have more than one person in the room.

Ok for the price
Seemed quite clean though it did have a pretty strange and unpleasant smell. I really disliked that but otherwise the hotel is ok for the price paid.
