I have to find out where I can get one of the types of beds in the Executive Level rooms...I have never slept as well or as ... comfortably as I did in that king-size bed.

Great Location for Art Fair

Fast courteous check in and upgraded at check in which was a wonderful plus. Convenient (across the street) from shuttles to ... art fair so didn't move the car while we were there.

The trip was combination business/family. The hotel was surprisingly fabulous for the price. The rooms were pretty and ... clean. The beds were comfy. The toddler and daddy loved the pool, and gave me some time to get some work done. This is a great place to stay.

Our family of eleven people came to Ann Arbor for a family member's wedding. The Kensington Court was a superb setting for ... the reception. The decor was elegant. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Their service was exemplary. The wedding couple had hired a wedding planner, but had much better service from the hotel's wedding coordinator. She was much more helpful and knowledgeable than the wedding planner that was hired. The food at the reception was gourmet, hot, and delicious.

The beds were extremely comfortable and I slept good in them. The lobby smelled very musty. I could hear the bathroom toilet ... being used clearly in the next room and children running down the hallway upstairs.

I asked the front desk if they had a guest services book, I'd never seen a hotel that didn't and thought my room not having ... one was probably an oversight. The front desk employees were all very polite except for one lady who I think was a supervisor, seemed very annoyed by my question. I stayed one day longer than I had originally booked on Orbitz and when I checked they had jacked my rate up almost double the Orbitz rate and over thirty dollars above their internet rate. On a positive note, the restaurant food was good and very reasonably priced. The waitress, [...] sp? was very friendly and professional.

Friendly Staff....upgraded us to the executive floor. Our room, 321, smelled of mildew....We soon found out why: roof ... leaked, a steady drip, soggy wet rug. Tiny bathroom....no counter space for toiletry bag...

After reading some of the negative reviews we were worried we had made a big mistake choosing the Kensington. However, it ... turns out our stay was just great. We were in town for business/pleasure. We got a good deal on Orbitz for a room on the "Executive Wing". It was Very quiet and we were delighted to find Complimentary Beverages in our in-room fridge. We also took full advantage of the complimentary wine and snacks in the evenings and the continental breakfast was just great. We didn't try the restaurant. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in town.

We were in Ann Arbor to visit our first great gand child. We lived in the area for about 20 years ago about 20 years ago but ... visit the area frequently. It was our first stay, but not the last, at the Kensington. Very pleasant, quiet and clean. We had other plans so we did not use any of the facilities. Hotel is near the mall, not far from the stadium, and a bunch of other facilities. Pricing was very competitive.

Try Zingermans Road House. Owner and help are all foodies. Not cheap, but great food.
