Nightlife lover
Not impressed
6 of us went to celebrate an anniversary, the rooms were good, some wallpaper missing off the hallway walls. The bartender was horrible. Not friendly, poor drink selection, NO REDBULL. We all ended up across the street at El Camino and had a blast there.

Happy Couple
Beautiful room at a great price
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, especially for the price. The Executive room is the only way to go. They have the most comfortable beds, decent sized room, accomidations that I needed, friendly staff, free happy hour for two hours for only those staying in the executive rooms, and a nice complimentary breakfast. I live an Ann Arbor and just wanted a weekend away from home and Kensington Court was a perfect choice for that.

Convenient location; good value
This was a lovely hotel,well maintained, clean and conveniently located near the Briarwood shopping mall. The room was very comfortable (though they forgot to provide a luggage stand)and spacious. I had a nice breakfast at the hotel restaurant - breakfast buffet is the best value. I'd definitely go back.

Nice, close to campus
The Kensington is conveniently located off the interstate and close to the college campus. It was a clean hotel with large, updated rooms, except the bathrooms. They are in serious need of counter space, as there was only a very tiny counter over the toilet. Nice comfy beds & pillows. Very quiet rooms; could not hear noise from rooms above or beside us. A mini-fridge would have been nice, or a microwave, but was ok without. We found the staff courteous, but they didn't go out of their way to inform guests of ammenities. My husband decided to get a 2nd cup of coffee in the morning after we had our 2 cups from the room coffee maker. He was unaware there was complimentary morning coffee in the lobby & bought 2 cups of coffee in the attached restaurant. He discovered the complimentary coffee on his way back from just purchasing coffee, and thought it would have been nice for the waiter to ask if he was a hotel guest and guide him to the complimentary coffee instead. No complimentary breakfast, but with the restaurant, it's understandable. Price was good, considering it was a football weekend.

weekend warrior
Good Deal
The hotel was a great deal for a football weekend in Ann Arbor. Close enough to walk to the stadium if need be, but they also offer a shuttle service to and from the stadium. The room was clean and quite spacious. Plenty of dining and shopping within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again!

Great Location for Art Fair Shuttle
Prompt check in - personable staff. Breakfast and "happy hour" were nice perk. Room clean and bed comfortable. Shower needs work as more water comes out tap than out of shower head.
