Executive Level was nice
Stayed there for 4 nights on 6th floor: 'Executive Level'. Room was nice. Great location close to businesses and mall and other stores within 10 minutes drive.

Amazing Service, Excellent Staff
Great service and concierge. I really appreciated the shuttle service to and around Ann Arbor. I saved a minimum of $20-$30.00 a day on cab rides/rental cars. This hotel is located right next door to where the Michigan Flyer shuttle drops you off so if you need to come in from DTW, it's a perfect location. Friendly stafdf, and excellent rooms.

Set-up Well for Business Person
The Four Point Sheraton Ann Arbor was comfortable. It provided excellent amenities for the Business person who needed to do business while in the hotel. The late check-out time of noon allowed for a full morning of work before leaving. The bathroom tub was stained and there was not a mat to help avoid a slip while in the shower. The room also had a portion of Wallpaper falling due to excessive moisture from the air-condition.

Pretty OK
This was our first experience with a Four Points Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bar/lounge atmosphere is nice, though the bartender was nowhere to be seen during the 1st five minutes after we sat down. The hallways smelled a bit old, but as mentioned above, the room was really fine. Nice pool and hot tub. Pretty good proximity to downtown Ann Arbor, which was appreciated. Also very close to major expressway intersection.

Good experience
It was just a short stay as we checked in late evening and had to leave early morning. The place is a bit away from the downtown, but everything was within short driving distance. Room was nice and spotless. Bathroom was nice and clean too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice pool and hot tub, however, did not have time for any of that.

A Quick Overnight
I was there for a quick stay, I called earlier in the evening to say that I would not be checking in until midnight. I was told that it was noted in the reservation and that it was no problem. Check in staff was pleasant and efficient. The room was spotless, the pillows and mattress were comfortable. The hotel was quiet. In the morning there was a newspaper at the door.

Excellent hotel, incredible service
Excellent hotel service. Would recommend the hotel but would not recommend using ORBITZ. Very disappointed with the company's inflexibility and fees.
