college visit
The location was excellent. The drive from the Detroit airport and the drive to the UM campus were very easy. We went by mistake to the lobby of the adjacent Comfort Inn.

Great value for location
Great hotel location for Ann Arbor - king bed with refrigerator as desired. Nothing special in the rooms - but TVs not locked-down to only selected cable shows - can hookup iPad to watch movies in the evening.

Good for visiting downtown/U of M
The exterior of this hotel leaves much to be desired, however when you step inside your room you will be pleasantly surprised. Nice sink, counter top and flat screen TV. Beds are decent, the bathroom is small but not gross at all. Staff was nice, no issues with them. Definitely a good value, especially for the area - it's less than ten minutes from downtown and U of M and probably as cheap as you will get this close to the city. About a block to i-94 as well.

Stayed one night...should have stayed elsewehere
The amenities are quite old. This is one of the cheaper options for staying in ann arbor. I should have payed the extra $60 and stayed elsewhere.

Decent hotel decent location
Hotel was fine for price - nothing special nothing terrible - microwave and fridge worked fine... Good location: easy to get to town and to primary highways.
