Red Roof in Ann Arbor - University
Because of traffic patterns, it's a bit difficult to get into this location from some directions, but once you're there, it's quite nice. Desk staff and maintenance man very cordial and helpful. Room, clean....beds comfortable, with nice pillows....nice amenities like microwave and small fridge....ample parking....nice breakfast selection. We would stay there again.

Decent value
Just off the 94 near a mall and a bunch of other hotels. Easy to get to UofM. Good location. Fair price for what you get. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was run of the mill and bath tub needs to be replaced

Would stay there again.
The hotel was clean but definitely needs some maintenance. The beds are comfortable, big TV in the room, small desk area. Our AC quit on the 4th day. The desk clerk immediately moved us to another room. Continental breakfast needs some fruit and/or something that diabetics can eat. It's all carbs. Great location next to freeway on/off ramps.

Good location
The location is perfect. The room is very odern and clean, but small. If you just need to spend one night, this room is comfortable. I think the $100 is kinda harsh.

Decent room at a great price
The hotel was conveniently located by the highway and a ten minute drive downtown. The beds were comfortable, the room was recently renovated with a modern design and came with a microwave and mini-fridge. Overall it was a decent place to stay.

location was hard to find with yahoo driving directions, you can only see this hotel if you are on this street....service was good area and grounds were clean and staff were attantive...I will come back

The room was DISGUSTING.
We should have listened to the other reviews. Upon entering our hotel room, the first thing we noticed was someone's dirty socks still on the floor. Then, on a whim, I opened the in-room microwave to see if it was clean - not only was it dirty, but the last guest's Burger King meal was still inside. There was a pizza box on top of the closet, and upon closer inspection, the bed linens were covered with makeup or soda or some other brown liquid ... It was filthy. Absolutely filthy. We were moved to another room, but no apology or discount was offered, and it was blamed on the maid. Disgusting. I never want to stay at a Red Roof Inn again.
