Just O.K..
No toilet paper in Lobby bathroom.... Pool was locked @ 10:30 PM when it was advertised as 11:00..Problem with room keycard... Lone vending machine out of order.. However the staff was helpful when notified..

Close to University, Mall & dinning
We went to the Art fair, this hotel was close to the mall where shuttle buses picked up and dropped people off. The art fair was at the university, which doesnt have much parking, so it was nice to go and park at the mall. There were many dinning options close by.

Good place to stay
Very well run and business like hotel. Breakfast was OK although not great. The rooms and beds were fine. Management was very attentive.

Not bad at all!
Efficient check-in and out. Great workout room and new equipment. We used it every day of our stay. Wish that the bar was open longer and a little nicer but generally all the accomodations were good and the staff friendly. Everything was relatively new so it had that feel which is always good. Strange smell coming from the bathroom drain, but cleanliness up to par. People were friendly, but there was no one there that could fix a computer problem (it was late at night).

Apathetic in Ann Arbor
My husband and I arrived late at night to check in and it took the hotel staff about 10 minutes to finally address us as they were on the phone. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable, but I found this hotel slightly overpriced. The fitness room and pool were great amenities to the hotel, but the lack of continental breakfast was somewhat frustrating. They had a restaurant/bar in the hotel and we ate there during our stay, but the food was very reminiscent of airplane food. If you don't mind spending quite a bit on a room in the Ann Arbor area and plan on dining out, then this hotel might be perfect for you.

Great Stay!
We were staying at the hotel for the art fair. We didn't use the pool or the gym so I'm not sure what they were like. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located near the highway and not too far from the downtown area. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel.
