Family visit

The staff were professional and friendly. The breakfast was unusually good for a hotel free breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean; wi-fi worked well. Would have liked to have a refrigerator in the room.

Moving around

I requested a handicapped roon to accomodate my 10 year old, and the room was small. I was told it would be, it was just cramped. As for accomodations for the handicapped: lights switches had not been lowered, no peephole set at wheelchair level, the aisle between the end of the bed and the dresser was un-navigable by wheelchair. The service, specifically Sharber and David, are clearly committed to customer service. During this stay the service outshone the acccomodations.

Good location if you are visiting a UMI student

The staff was friendly, the room was cleaned promptly each day. The gym had only 3 pieces of equipment and 2 were broken! The pool and whirlpool were nice. We would stay there again.

2days in ann arbor

nice clean room with hot breakfast . great staff recommend it to all age groups but one UM play it could be noisy

Good Place to Stay

This was a good place to stay in Ann Arbor. Close to campus and there is a shuttle to the game which is key. The only problem was that the bed was a double for 2 people which was a little small.

Decent Hotel while in Ann Arbor

The best part of this hotel was the friendliness of the staff. The rooms were clean and the service was decent, but all was as it should be. I would stay here again.

Excellent and comfortable

I started to smile as soon as I pulled into the parking lot-lots of cars, a good sign. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean, large, well appointed and cool (on a very warm day.) The bed was so-o-o-o comfortable and I slept soundly. I think I've found a favorite hotel chain in Hampton Inn.

great place

Visited a friend studying at M, hotel room is very clean, friendly front desk, free bottle of water and cookie in room. Had a good sleep at night, quiet, breakfast from 6 - 10 is very good as well.

Great location, good price

In town for show, room was clean and quiet. Breakfast(6to 10) was good, but started running out of items as it got closer to 10am, but staff warned us at check-in.There is a restaurant open till 2am across the street
