Great Location

The Campus Inn is in the heart of Ann Arbor, within walking distance to Main Street restaurants and the University. This is my favorite hotel in Ann Arbor. The staff is very accommodating, have a nice restaurant for breakfast, and a lovely lobby to sit in and enjoy a free cup of morning coffee.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

The restaurants on Main St. are the best. Make reservations for weekend dining and allow extra time for locating a parking spot. If the weather is nice, it is a very pleasant short walk.

Good Campus Location, Reasonable Price

My wife and I were visiting Ann Arbor for an overnight getaway. The Campus Inn is the perfect hotel for visiting Ann Arbor if you don't want to deal with driving and finding parking. The location is great...close walking distance to campus, the shops, restaurants and the downtown area. The hotel is not the most modern, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. We stayed in a room with a king bed and flat screen tv. My only complaints were that the pool was closed for renovation, the bathroom was a bit small and the room could have used a mini-fridge. Overall, I would stay at the Campus Inn again and I would recommend the hotel to friends and family. GO BLUE!

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

Head to Kerrytown Market and Shops for a unique shopping experience. It's only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Then head to Main St. in downtown Ann Arbor for the art galleries and restaurants.

Great Location

This is the best location when visiting the University of Michigan. U of Mich has zero parking and many things to do. This hotel offers a beautiful hotel, great breakfast, parking, you can walk to many restaurants, central location for State and Main Street. Moving your child into a dorm or apartment setting is exhausting, nice not to drive in horrible campus traffic jam. The only problem with this hotel is getting a reservation because it is always booked.

Nice but a bit pricy

Admittedly finding a hotel in Ann Arbor on a home game weekend is hard. We selected this hotel since we wanted to ensure we had a nice place to stay. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very upscale. We found the hotel bar to be quaint and friendly with only top shelf beverages. We will definitely consider returning, however, we did feel the price was a bit on the high side (even when considering how nice the hotel is overall).

Go to Ashley's. Look it up on line. If there's a line, it's worth the wait.

Campus Inn

Clean, well located place to stay. Older hotel. Shower was weak. Mattress was too soft. Too expensive for what it is, but there aren't any better options, so that's why they can charge so much.

Wonderful Stay in Ann Arbor

My husband and I were visiting Ann Arbor for one night to attend a concert. I was thoroughly impressed with the attentive service throughout our stay. We had a deluxe king room which was quite spacious and the view of Ann Arbor was great. The decor was a bit dated but the room and bathroom were both spotless. Our room had complimentary bottled water as well as coffee maker, iron/board in room, and free wireless internet was also available. The pool was small but refreshing. If I had to use one word to describe this hotel, it would be "quaint". The lobby is beautiful and it is walking distance to Michigan Theatre as well as many restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!
