Great Getaway

We upgraded to a whirlpool room at check in. The bathroom was huge. Just wish there was a tv in the bathroom, because we spent a lot of time in the jacuzzi. The beds are super comfortable! We took a shuttle to the casino. It is available 24/7. Nice not to have to worry about leaving at a certain time. Perfect couple getaway!

Nice place. With a few exceptions, staff just couldn't care less.

Planned winter family getaway. It was nobody's fault snow never came. But a place that sells itself on winter family fun. Could've made the tiniest of efforts to help the scores of families with young kids running around with nothing to do other than swim in the over chlorinated, over urinated indoor pool. It's a resort not a hotel. Yet few on the staff cared even enough to help a single mom with many kids load up her car. Better for bellhops to stand around and talk sports than actually help. If you do get to town, it's great, but expect no help from the the "resort." To us it acted more like just a huge motel.

Had a nice time visiting the local vineyards and Casino. Everything was very close by. The room was a standard room and was clean and had the most comfortable bed ever (it was like sleeping in a cloud) .The staff was very friendly and the hotel has some nice stores also to do some quick shopping.

Extremely over-priced for what you get

Paid over $250 per nite for hotel far away from downtown, rooms that were extremely outdated, and maid never bothered to clean room. We had to request fresh towels. View was decent (of golf course). I would never return. Only reason I could see for somebody to stay here is if they love to golf.. looked like a nice course...

Great Amenities

The restaurants/bars are quite handy, especially after lengthy drive. Staff Friendly. Need to have menus available in rooms for their restaurants/bars. Bathroom grout is filthy (wouldn't be mentioned if it wasn't so glaring). Would Never recommend elderly to stay in jacuzzi/bath room, as much too high to get out of tub. Location is easily accessible to lighthouse. In Aerie, should be able to eat at bar, especially when there is event going on at restaurant.

The restaurants are quite busy even in October. Trying to book reservations a nightmare. If you know you are going BOOK a reservation for dinner, you can always cancel.

Weekend Away

This hotel was very clean. Their lobby was modern and appealing. There are a few shops located in it so you can grab some souvenirs if you wish to. We went to eat breakfast at a restaurant downstairs and I had the omelette which I liked very much. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

nice view, good perks

We had a good view of the lake, enjoyed the golf, the Starbucks, and the beds were really comfortable. We did not try the swimming pool or play area, or tennis, did eat in the restaurants- food was good but overpriced- also liked Red mesa Grill, Apache trout grill, and Bayview inn in community. Staff was very responsive- replaced our lamp, brought extra towels, more coffee immediately. Rooms had a refrigerator, wifi, but no HD Television(old flat screen), 2 queen beds

Beautiful!

They originally put us in the hotel, and not the tower, but as soon as we let the front desk know they were quick to put us in the tower. The tower was beautiful, clean, and we felt like real ballers.
