Convenient
My stay here was fine. Its not a fancy motel by any means, but it was comfortable and very convenient. My reason for being there was for homecoming weekend at Thomas College where my daughter goes to school and the location was great. I will most definately stay here every time I go to visit as it is reasonable and fine for what I needed it for. The staff was all very polite and did see to my one small problem quickly and efficiently.

Good for the money
No hairdryer in the room, no milk for the continental breakfast. Room was clean, staff was friendly. No smoking in the room, however smoking permitted in the hall; It stunk up the room.

50th High School Reunion
Needed an Iron in the room A/C compresser was extreamly noisy Location was very good....central to eating places,shopping, etc.

Lousy hotel
The really ugly
First day check-in day no one was at the front desk. I reserved a smoking room and ended up with nonsmoking room. The bed was uncomfortable pillows were lousy and the room was always cold. Lousy maid service

Inexpensive, Clean with Courteous Staff
I have stayed at this motel many times. It is an inexpensive place to stay on the long trek from NJ to NS and back. The staff are courteous and helpful.

The Mac Donald's sell Newman's Own organic coffee for a $1.. all sizes and they have wifi. Plus good Thai food right at the site.

this really is a budget motel. we were stuck using it because everything else was booked for the college graduation we were attending, and we wanted to stay in the town of Waterville. Not seeing it before we had no way of knowing what condition it was. The sheets and towels were clean as was the breakfast bar.

Not a great choice!
This was a one night stay on the way to Sugarloaf. This was a hotel recommended by my Mother-in-Law and they stayed as well. Their room was not as bad as ours. I called to tell them that the tub plug was not working and the customer service was sub par. There is still alot of smoking at the hotel so it stinks. Not a good experience but really cheap so what can you expect. Do NOT eat at the Super China Buffet. It was dirty.

Tournament trip
Upon checkin we were given a nonsmoking room when we had reserved a smoking room and had to wait in the hall for the clerk to bring us a key to a smoking room.There was a dog barking in the hotel and until complaints forced the desk to send someone to see what was going on.The dog was not even a guests.Room was cold and the heat only went to 68.Shower was good but sink was very low presure.

Not the nicest place, but clean.
The staff was great. We just needed a place to sleep and it was clean. The room was very unmaintained.
