Won't stay here again.
Went to Portland, MDI, Freeport. Breakfast was really bad. Bad tea. Bad food. Some of the buns are expired or have a sour smell. So please do take note before eating anything they serve. Breakfast is the same everyday. Bathroom window is covered with a blind and not curtains. It's a little creepy. Water out of the taps has a weird mineral smell and taste. WIfi is rather quick.

It's good to get breakfast from a bakery or even mcdonalds the morning before and use the microwave in the room to heat it up the next morning.

Excellent value for the price
We were visiting family in the Portland area and only needed a bed to sleep in--nothing more. This was our second stay at this motel and we liked it for its reasonable price and its cleanliness. It had most of the amenities that more expensive places would have, but we were not looking for much. They even offer a complimentary breakfast (do it yourself) of juice, coffee or tea and pastries or muffins. The couple managing the motel were very helpful and friendly.

Good value, good location
The rooms were very clean and large. Fairly new motel. The bathroom was also large. It was a good value for the money.

Americas Best Value Inn
I stayed at this hotel because it was close to Old Orchard Beach (about 10 minutes)but I never will again. My room smelled terrible (like BO) and the blinds were broken on the bathroom window giving us no privacy. The "continental breakfast" was a jug of Sunny D and re-packaged donuts. I would spend the xtra $ to stay on the beach next time.

Very nice, quite and clean place close to all attractions. Friendly and helpful staff,Wi-Fi works well, safe place to rest. We will visit this place whenever we visit maine and definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

Pleasant Night's Sta
I was totally satisfied with my stay (and the very reasonable price) at America's Best Value Inn. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable bed, and able to get work done on wireless internet.

Great Value-Clean & Quiet
This was a wonderful experience for me. I'm very fussy about cleanliness and smells. In the past in other hotels I've had my non smoking room smell very much like an ashtray BUT this room smelled very nice and clean--fresh air coming in the open windows. The owners were very friendly and helpful with directions etc. Nothing fancy--No major amenities like pools, spa or workout rooms but definitely served my needs for a clean, quiet, and restful experience. I was here to work a 3 day per deim in an office 2.5 hrs from my home. I would defin. stay again and have already recommended this fabulous place to many I've met.
