Good overnight stop

This was only an overnight stop for us on our way to Bar Harbor. The hotel staff was very helpful finding things we need in ... the area. The towels in the bathrooms were very soft and a nice size. Would recommend this hotel to our friends.

there are public beaches that are easily access able when you figure out the road ways. maines maps really could use some revising when all else fails ask a local they are very friendly and helpful for the most part

The quality of Holiday Inn Expresses is variable, and this one was on the lower end of the spectrum. Rooms could have been ... cleaner and security (side entrance left open) better. It was, however, adequate for a mid-trip layover.

CLOSE TO OLD ORCHARD BEACH AND KENNEBUNK

Took a trip up to Freeport (from New Hampshire's Sunapee Region). Wanted to be "close" to Kennebunkport, but not pay a ... fortune. Drove to Old Orchard Beach, parked for 5 bucks, and enjoyed the beach and attractions. Very quiet, clean, nice staff... free breakfast.... Able to get to Kennebunkport quickly... free internet...just off expressway... will stay again!

Normally, I stay at the beach. But it has become very expensive. This is a great hotel, minutes from the beach and ... attractions. Would have been perfect if there was a mini-refrigerator for left overs!!!

Hotel staff was very courteous and attentive. The location was centrally located, and was ideal to visit nearby sites. I ... would recommend this hotel for all who want a hotel that is nearby to Orhard Beach, Portland and other nearby cities.

This is a very well kept property, pretty new and well managed. The beds were comfortable, room temps good, entire motel was ... very clean and the breakfast was very well done with an employee right there to keep everything clean and the food stocked. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The only down side to the motel is it is somewhat difficult to find because of its location off highway 95 and no easy way to get into the parking lot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it highly.

our room and hotel in general were very clean and organized very nice, the people were friendly and courteous, they do need ... to have more information on local activities and attractions as a first timer to this location they had pamphlets and some of the staff had ideas as to what was good to do or see but not much. the room we had was clean, spacious the beds were comfortable and there was no smell to the room from previous visitors which was extremely nice since no one in my family smokes,the bathrooms were very clean and spacious for a hotel. its location is a little out of the way but that was nice for after a long day for some quiet time.

Everyone was very nice, they have a strange parking lot, entrances off two roads but you can't get from one side to the ... other. Other than that our stay was very pleasant. Large room, comfortable facility, excellent breakfast, very clean
