You Get What You Pay For

There is nothing special about this hotel. But, If you need a CLEAN room WITH NO BED BUGS for a few nights in the Portland area, this is the hotel for you! There is no microwave in the room but you can use the microwave in the lobby. The staff are super nice - the ice maching wasn't working and I really wanted ice - they went out and bought ice for me! So sweet and nice! You can get a fridge in the room! Just ask for a Business suite.

Chipotles is the way to go! Love, love, love it! P.S. (Denny's shares the same parking lot - yum, yum, yummy breakfast just outside your room!)

dump

The room was small and disgusting. So not worth the money. Will never stay again. The front yard looked like a gravel pit. The pic in the listing is old and not even close to what the place really looks like. Don't waste your money!!!!

September 2011

On vacation, we flew into Portland Jetport late at night. Travelodge was pretty close to the airport and we stayed 2 nights. Was Labor Day weekend so they were pretty full. We drove up to visit New Hampshire and Vermont. We concluded our trip with another 3 night stay at the same Travelodge. Second time there we enjoyed it more. Aloha from Honolulu, HI

great for the price

We were pleasently surprised to have a fridge in our room. They didn't come in and clean the second day we were there, but we just grabbed more towels and were fine. I would stay there again!

Convenient location

The Front Desk staff was very accommodating in getting the right room for me. The ample sized room had everything I needed, including a fridge, shampoo, etc. however it could use some updating. The free continental breakfast offered a good variety.

Good Value - No Complaints!

We arrived late after driving for over eight hours. Check-in was very quick and the person at the front desk was extremely helpful. He recommended a place to eat and mapped out exactly where we needed to drive to the following day. This is not a four or five star hotel but it was well worth what we paid.

not happy at all

Located a stone's throw from 95...can see and hear it from the rooms No hot water in the shower (found that out the hard way). Went down to let them know and they said because I prepaid and I was leaving that morning, there was nothing they could do.
