Perfect location when visiting Portland
My husband and I recently stayed here for a weekend get away celebrating our anniversary. We loved the hotel, extremely clean, all amenities that we needed, including a complementary sauna and jacuzzi. The hotel was perfect. However when we arrived at the airport we found out Cheap Tickets booked us a flight home that DIDN'T EXIST. We were left standing in the airport, and were told that there were no flights and no airplanes until the following day even though we held tickets booked by Cheap Tickets clearly for a flight that was not happening. Thanks to Airtran, we made it home. They paid for us to take a cab to Boston and fly home that night. you get what you pay for and we will NEVER use CHEAP TICKETS again!

Anniversary Celebration
My wife and I visited this hotel (and city) to celebrate our weddning anniversary. The hotel was fantastic and met all of our expectations. The room was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and helpful. This hotel is located in the center of the Old Port and near everything you would possibly want to be near in Portland.

Cozy and Comfortable
The hotel location was in the center of Old Portland. It was great. I walked everywhere I wanted to go: the wharf, museums, shops, dining and even to Bug Light in South Portland. Even though the weather was cold and wet, the hotel provided an umbrella for my outings and a cozy, comfortable bed when I got back from my adventures.

Great place for women business traveller
On business alone - felt very comfortable in room and having dinner in the lounge. Staff attentive, particularly the valets and front desk. Had time to use fitness room and sauna - clean and well equipped. Would stay again. Only wish the restaurant served until 10pm.
