Good for business
Stayed for 3 nights while house hunting in the area. Easy highway access, close to downtown, has parking. Friendly & polite staff, clean rooms, beds are pretty comfy. Could use some better comforters on the beds but they're alright. Automatic heating/cooling system is very nice. Free wifi with a good strong connection. Overall a good stay, decent price.

Girl's X-mas Shopping Trip
I booked this room last minute and got a pretty good deal for the location and price. The room was clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.

Worked for us.
Visited Portland for Columbus day weekend. Our room was clean and comfortable, although I was glad I brought my own pillow. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming. The ride to the Old Port was simple and that is why we chose this hotel. While it was cost more than some La Quintas, it was less expensive that he "in town" places.

Mehhh, Okay.
The rooms are in a serious need of an overhaul at the moment. We stayed there for 1 night and the entire floor smelled like smoke, even through we we were on a non-smoking floor. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast setup was good. The bed was fine, but bathrooms were so-so etc...wasn't really worth $150 bucks a night.

Quiet
The area where the hotel is is very quiet. Good for a relaxing get away. The hotel doesn't have a bar, but downtown portland is about 1.5 mile away. The breakfast is awesome, free and awesome. The staff is very nice and accomodating.
