Old Port Visit

This is a nice Hotel That is in a great location to enjoy the Bars and restaurants in the old port. It is a nice hotel, clean and a good price for the location. Only thing they could improve were the beds. A little hard and the Pillows were a little to thick for me.

Great Hotel

We were attending a show at the State Theater and this hotel was perfect. Venue right around the corner and the room was amazing for the price. Very modern, big screen tv, keurig coffe maker! This is now our go to hotel for all State Theater shows!

Back in town

My girlfriend and I have frequently visited Portland this past year and we've discovered that the price and location of the Holiday Inn is perfect for our needs. Most nights we like to be able to have a few drinks and wander around so having a highly visible hotel close to the downtown area is quite handy.

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

Upon exiting the Holiday Inn, do not walk down the hill. I would stay left out of the hotel and head north a block or two and return the same way in order to avoid walking up the hill upon return. Plenty of beautiful shops in this area & the shuttle from the hotel is an excellent way to get around. Pleasantly surprised!!!
