awsome getaway
we found the location was perfect,it was guiet and an enjoyable stay and would not be surprise if we booked it againnot first class but but great deal for your money

are u kidding me?
the jacuzzi was a tub with built in jets and no shower curtain! staff was friendly and beds were ok.

worst dive you can find any where!!
Advertising is false! There is no pool...a train runs behind the hotel every hour on the hour and shakes the building!! No paper. A TV in one room has cable but the other does not. The kitchen is the pits but you need to bring your own coffee, cups and silverware etc. Coninental breakfast isn't until 8:30 which is too late for anyone doing anything. BAR across the street which was full of drunks and loud music and fighting all night. people getting sick on cars in hotel lot...car doors denting other cars (ours) in lot. No one slept the entire stay. Beds stiff and place was dirty, Door locks broken, tiles in bathroom falling apart. Filthy.

Short walk from hotel
Amusement park, ocean, bars,night lift across street and around corner. Perfect place for parters who are too drunk to care about where they pass out. Not for families.

Good Location, Bad Hotel
Hotel lied about many of the amenities in the online description. No WiFi or complimentary breakfast. Requested a non smoking room but the room we were given was clearly smoked in. Had a bad odor and staff was rude. Location was good. Directly across the street from the beach. Most attractions were within walking distance.

Fantastic family getaway
(1) visited the Arcade, Amusement park was a plus for the kids, sightseeing around the town, beach time, splashed a lot in the pool ... (2) wish there was more time to stay .. (3) All the trips that we went on were ENJOYABLE !!

The hotel was very dated and needed some TLC. With a little Paint, needs new bedding and linens. This hotel is in a ideal location and close to the beach and pretty much in walking distance to everything. Around the corner from the Amtrak Train stop that has daily departure from Boston.

Hotel close to the pier
Located close to the pier and the beach, nice balcony to sit on and the pool was clean. But, the hotel is located directly in front of the railroad tracks which ran until 10 pm and started at 6 am so it made it difficult to sleep. Could use some updating on the rooms also.

Bad stay
No phone, no iron the air dryer was broken, the remote did not control the volume on the TV. The Young adults manning the front desk were very friendly...

OOB Memorial Weekend
We had a great time at the hotel the hotel is in a great location. the only thing we didnt care for was the freight train behind the hotel at all hours.
