Visit to Milestone Motel
The motel and location were perfect. Breakfast was very delightful. The motel was very well kept, staff very eager to please - the entire experience was excellent and we would stay at this motel again. I would definltely recommend this hotel to anyone

Great value and location
We were very pleased with our choice. The grounds and room were pleasing and very clean and the bed was comfortable. About 1/2 mile walk to Footbridge beach. Continental breakfast was adequate - nothing fancy, but convenient and tasted good (juice, coffee, fruit, bagels & toast, cereal.) There are fancier hotels and you'll pay a lot more for them - I thought we got a lot for our money.

good place, bad smell
Everything at the hotel was nice except the smell the airconditioner gave off. Complained to staff and maintenance man investigated and found nothing wrong. Talked to people in other units and they had the same problem. To bad because from a distance it is a nice hotel. Time to replace those airconditioners!!!

Great Maine getaway
We were very pleased with the value and amenaties at Milestone. The only shortcoming was a ring around the tub. Everything else was excellent. A nice bang for the buck. Near to most everything. I enjoyed the exercise room, which was well stocked with machines.The staff were friendly and helpful.

Short drive from hotel
Off Rt.1,in Wells, we found a breakfast place that really impressed us. It's called Merriland Farm Restaurant. We had breakfast there two days in a row once we discovered it. Interresting combinations, great berries and friendly service. Perfect!

Angelina's Italian cuisine, very good and the staff menbers are very polite and friendly.

hotel is ok,15 min walk to the beach short drive to restaurant area, staff at the reception are a bit rood, no front desk personnel at night, no restaurant at this hotel,free continental breakfast is ok, room is clean but smells humidity, free wireless intrenet but very weak signals

Dissapointed
The room was clean but on a busy road. We scheduled two nights but decided to stay only one. The staff was pleasant but We explect more for our money.

It is what it says it is!
Easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach; very quiet for such an expansive (NOT expensive!) property; continental breakfast fine; staff very helpful (printed off map and directions to our meeting 18 miles away); very nice price! We will go back!!!
