Value for the money
Spent just the one night. We were welcomed nicely - room initially very chilly but very soon warmed up. Good adequate breakfast. Super location - very near Kittery outlets.

Convenient location, room had an awful smell and toilet wasn't working properly. Staff was acomodating and gave us a new room which smell was not much better. Door look to the outside were smashed and window looks to the room were smashed off. We really were not comfortable.

Good place to stay
The ramada is a pretty nice place, good location. Pool area needs to be updated, and the halls could use some fresh paint. It's very easy to get to the outlets but is about 20 min ride to the York beach. Only issue we really had was our room smelled like cigarettes pretty bad when I asked about it at front desk they said sorry you should have came right down when you checked in. It was my own fault to wait to check out to say anything. The beds are very comfortable and best cont breakfast i have had better than even high end chains

bad
we got this room so we could relax in the pool at night, but it was so cold and dark in the pool room you could not enjoy it at all. The place was just redone but it had a smell to it. The rooms had left over soap on the top of the showers it was bad... The only good thing was the people that worked there.

Somewhat disappointing
The hotel stated that it was all newly renovated - not exactly. yes, there is granite in the bathroom, the the rest was old. We arrived at 2:55pm for check-in to a very frazzled front desk clerk. Had to change everyone's room that was on line because none of ours were ready yet. Then we wanted to take a shower that evening and had no hot water. To their defense, I went back down to the frazzled desk clerk and she did get maintenance to fix it quickly. The mattresses were very comfortable and the room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. Overall, too pricey for what you get.

clean and convienant location
The hotel was clean and convienantly located near a major outlet mall, which we were visiting. maybe some "soundproofing" would help due to families with children that were up and down hallway, opening and closing doors,early in the morning. The price was good for a no frills-type of hotel, but you could hear activity in the hallway.
