We are located across the street from famous Kittery Outlet Malls and only minutes away from historical downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire and the beautiful beaches of York, Maine. We have a newly renovated, first class inn with 43 beautifully decorated guest rooms. All of which feature extended cable with free HBO, hair dryers and data ports for your convenience. We also have an outdoor swimming pool for your relaxation as well. Enjoyable Stay

Clean, spacious room, comfortable beds but pillow was not, walls a bit thin allowing loud TV from next room to dual with ... ours. Carpets clean and realtively new. Interior and exterior access to room with dead bolts on the doors. Parking right outside the door. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only draw back was breakfast. I am diabetic and the breakfast was all carbs. They had oranges and bananas of good quality, but only corn flakes and cheerios for cereal. White bread, plain bagels and english muffins...no peanut butter only jelly. No one would go hungry, but variety wasn't there in the bland foods.

Access to Hotel difficult if coming south on 95 - simple if headed north. Better directions to those traveling southerly.

A Place to Unwind

We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but when we were there it was very quiet and relaxing. We went up to shop in the ... outlet stores and to visit an old friend who just moved from Marietta, Georgia to Kittery Point, ME. We would have liked to go into the pool, but nobody seemed to be around it. It was too cool for an outdoor pool.

Very Surprise

We were surprised about this place. Looking at the photos i was a little unsure. But once we got there we were very ... surprised. The office has been recently re done and they have breakfast. Its just off the highway surronded by all the outlets and not far from the beaches. The room was nice, tub could have been cleaned a little bit better but it was fine.

The Coachman Inn in Kittery was a clean, comfortable, and charming place to stay. Our room had the decor of a country home, ... and we appreciated having the small comforts of a refrigerator and microwave in our room. Here is a great indicator of our stay - in the morning, the staff slips a card with the day's temperature and weather info under the door. Thanks for the nice stay in Kittery!

Only there one night, but the concierge was very helpful providing eating locations which were great. Motel was very clean. ... Breakfast choices were many. The beds were sooooo comfortable, pillows soft, room size big. Compared to my previous trips this rates top!

The Coachman Inn was a great choice after flying into the Portsmouth, NH airport on Skybus! It was very convenient with easy ... access from the highway. It was clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had a great variety of food for a continental breakfast & the staff kept it well stocked. A computer with internet access in the lobby was a nice feature as well. Overall a very nice choice if you are in the area.
