We're a couple but we couldn't get a queen size bed. We did reserve at the last min. The price doesn't match the room quality. The room was small and outdated. There was no fridge. The TV picture was terrible too. They advertise beach passes but for two days we couldn't get a hold of any.

Gorgeous pool, friendly room men
I paid $10 extra to get a room with fridge and microwave.......fridge was not cold when I got there. I had to pull cabinet away from wall to find out it was unplugged!! After plugging it in at 5 pm it was not ready to cool my food for a long while. Pool was lovely and refreshing. Would have been nice to have pool towels.

lovely stay
Easy to find location, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms,basic amenities, great bed and pillows. Would have rated it a 5,room was cold on arrival and we had to turn heat on in room and bathroom which worked great but we just had to wait a few minutes. Will recommend this hotel to others. Can't beat the price.

Good local and close to where I wanted
I went to a pot luck dinner in Kennebunk and did some antiquing and shoping

Fair hotel but good location
The room was nice and quiet and the AC worked very well. The mattresses didn't stay on the box spring during the night and when I called down to inquire about the internet they had no clue what was wrong. Twice they told me it was my computer, after I had told them, well I can get the motel's down the street security page, so I don't think it's my computer. The water pressure was horrible and the lady at the front desk said yes we have that problem with only that room, after a day on a sandy beach, in and out of salt water, covered in suntan lotion, the last thing you want is to have stand under dribbling water. Trying to brush your teeth in the sink was a joke with a stream of dribble.

Not bad for the price!
In the high summer season this is a very reasonably priced hotel for what they provide. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Value in Kennebunk
We arrived very early on our check-in day(11:15am), and the manager gave us our room right away. This was helpful in letting us settle in, and start our exploration of the area without concern of a task still pending.

Very good for the area
Everything seems pricier in Kennebunk just because it can be. Luckily, the Econo Lodge is not. It's clean, it's close to the village and the beach, and the pool is nice. The check in staff is very friendly, helpful, knows the area very well.
