great stay
My husband and I stayed here for a shopping trip to Freeport. Though the hotel was not glamorous, it was probably one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels we've stayed in (and we've stayed many places) The staff was super friendly and helpful. I haven't been treated better at hotels costing three times the price. We would definitely stay there again.

Boston traveller
Not what I expected
We went for a last minute weekend getaway and thought we would get a nice hotel for the weekend. The hotel was far below our expectations, the room was dated and not as clean as it could be. It wasn't dirty, but there were some holes in the upholestry and we didnt feel comfortable walking around barefoot. It was about what i would expect from a 2 star hotel. The pool was cold, free breakfast was scarce (we went for breakfast at 9:15 and there was almost no food left) and overall we were not impressed, especially for as much as we paid for the room, off season. On the plus side, the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Great Hotel
I've never been dissapointed in Hampton Inns, so I picked this one in Freeport sight unseen. Great hotel. Clean, comfortable, great location to downtown, workout room, breakfast. Lobby was a nice place to relax and read. Free internet.

Very Satisfied
The staff was very very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were clean and the hotel was within walking distance of the Freeport outlets. I didin't go in the pool but it did look inviting. And my favorite part, they had an awesome breakfast setup. The waffles rocked.

Good Value
Room was large, clean and nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only shortcoming was the cleaning staff who were anything but thorough during the week long stay. Beds were sloppily made,ice bucket never emptied of melted water and trash not disposed of.

Infrequent Traveler
Excellent customer service.
We were in town for a wedding on 9/19, and many of the more expensive hotels were closer to downtown. It was only a few minutes drive, so it didn't bother us. With the level of service we got here, it made it well worth it. First off, we were allowed to check in early so I could get a nap in. The room was spotless, and was cleaned promptly every morning when we were gone. We ate the free breakfast late every morning, but there was still plenty of food left to choose from.

i felt the staff was rude and very un-accomadating! i wouldnt reccommend this hotel only because of the staff! the accomodations were clean!
