Great mini vacation
Spent a day and night shopping in Freeport. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had a great sleep on very comfy beds and a wonderful breakfast energizing us to set off in the morning. Would definitely stay at Freeport Inn again. So convenient!

Basic but good
We stayed here for the price and got what we paid it. Nothing special but clean and nice (although there was only one bath towel I the bathroom when we check in). Have to say the best part is the Freeport Cafe and the discount coupons you get there from the hotel. Cozy, yummy and good value. I would stay there again.

Short drive from hotel
Drive up to Brunswick to eat. Joshua's Tavern, Big Top Deli, El Camino, and Back Street Bistro all are delicious and worth the drive!

Comfortable secluded room
A nice hotel with comfortable settings. It's down the road a little from the shopping but good food all around it. Definately worth the price!

If doing Freeport this is a great location and value. Motel is older and showing age still good dea
Checked in mid afternoon, room was ready and had no problem. For our visit location was great and best value we could find in the area. Motel is beginning to show age but clean and good value.

Nice place to get away.
Nice views, discount at the little cafe for breakfast. The cafe was very good food. The room was nice, older but kept up pretty well. The room was cleaner and better maintained then several in Boston. All in all a nice place with a nice view. Sure wish they had an elevator for the 3rd floor but that's a minor thing. Park behind and it's a few steps and your there.

Great Room at a Great Price!
The staff were very friendly. We're were given four 15% off coupons for the two restaurants on the property. We didn't get a chance to eat at the Cafe. The Muddy Rudder was hit and miss. The room was small but comfortable. Everything was very clean. The price was great! We stayed with our Black Lab and our Bloodhound. They have a field with a trash can and waste bags to pick up after the dogs. They don't have a per dog fee either. We will definitely stay here again. (No microwave, but did have small refrigerator).

McGritty's down the road is a little micro-brewery/pub that serves food. We had the spinach and artichoke dip, shepard's pie, and Maine Shrimp. It was all really good.
