Just spent one night before a Sierra Club trip in Camden Hills State Park. Lodge was only 1/4 mile from the park and very close to Camden. Beautiful setting, great view - very relaxing!

Lovely Inn

I was only in Camden for a night but the town is adorable and the sunset over the water is beautiful. This inn is a little further away from town than others (a little over a mile) but is easy to walk to and from (unless you go in the dark in which case there are no lights). The rooms are really nice with a small patio where you can go drink coffee and see the greenery outside as well as a bit of the water. The staff was friendly and really helpful.

Grat place to stay

The young couple who own The Lodge were very friendly and engaging. One of the owners asked if we were familiar with Camden and when we said no, she gave us a map and pointed out several restaurants to eat at and other places we could vomit. It was just what we needed.
