Seascape Motel
The room was old fashioned and small but SPOTLESSLY clean. We were there to sleep after a long day of sightseeing and travel and it served it's purpose. The muffins in the morning were delicious and the person at the desk was very friendly. There was a little traffic noise but nothing overwhelming. There are also little cottages on site and those looked quite charming, they were however, $40 more per night.

Very nice, well Maintained
Great View, Quiet, Rooms are small, but very clean, and well maintained. Nice place, and reasonable price (at least off season). People that run it seem nice, and concerned about their guests.

Clean!
Nice place to stop on the way up to Acadia after passing through the Freeport area. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and there were restaurants nearby to choose from. I might even say it was the cleanest hotel I've every stayed in: the rooms & grounds were very well kept. Location is right off the main road on the side opposite to the ocean. The only downside was that the TV made a buzzing noise when on.
