Great View of the ocean!
The main reason for booking this place was the "oceanview" title. It did not disappoint. All of the motel rooms have private balconies that have excellent views.

beautiful view, sunrise and sunset
we have stayed at many small motels along the Maine coast and this was very comfortable. The manager most helpful on distance to our favorite lobster dining spot. Great to wake up and sit on the deck to watch the sky change colors with the sunrise.

Comfort and Laidback
The cottage was right on the bay, the views were great and it was nice to have coffee on our own deck looking out at the water. The staff was friendly and attended to our needs. There were resturants very close with excellent food. I would go back there and stay anytime.

great getaway
we really enjoyed staying in one of the cottages. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a very quiet location . The beach is not the best I have seen in New England.

Beautiful view
We booked throughy Orbitz and got a fair deal and quick check-in. The room is clean, small and quaint, but the semi-secluded porch and view of the ocean and mountains more than make up for the room. There are not eating facilities at the motel so be prepared to drive back to Belfast for a meal. One incident of note, a family coming in behind us had no reservation and tried to book a room using a coupon from a local travel paper. The motel attendant would not honor the coupon, saying they wanted to try to fill the rooms with other guests first. Apparently those not as coupon saavy. So the family of 5 was forced to move on. Needless to say the rooms and cottages did not fill up in the night.

Enjoyed it immensely!!!
Beautiful grounds, lovely view and so very friendly. The cottage was clean, well furnished and updated. The only issue was the hot water heater was obviously small, could only get in one shower before running out of hot water. We worked around that though and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice Family Hotel/Cottages
The Hotel was very nice. The woman who runs it was very sweet. The only thing misleading is I thought we were getting a cottage, not a hotel room. there was only 1 feature i didnt like, the bathroom was very tiny and the door didnt shut or lock.. other than that very clean and comfy.. I did happen to see one of the cottages and they are beautiful, if we go up again, thats where we'll be staying, Great for families

Nice Motel with a Great View
Older Motel in great shape and location
We originally booked one night($60.00)but enjoyed hotel and area we stayed two. Clean, well mantained, frendly staff, some road noise
