Great Stay
Spent a week here in mid October to see the fall colors in Acadia National Park. Very nice hotel within walking distance of Bar Harbor. Quick and easy access to Acadia. Room was very clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was perfect for light morning eaters. My only complaint was we were staying on the top floor on an inside corner above the hotel drive through. When the tour buses would arrive at the hotel, they would leave their engine running while parked in the drive through while off loading. The sound of the diesel engine was deafening inside our room. If you choose to stay here, Make sure your room doesn't face the drive trhough area. Other than that, a perfect week. Will visit again.

Thurston's Lobster Pound across island in Bernard is worth the drive. Pick your lobster(s) and sides, and pay by the pound on lobsters. Right on harbor but not sure if lobsters are freshest around. Still good and enjoyable.

Fantastic "end of summer" get-away
We loved staying right in the heart of Bar Harbor, we could stroll downtown and to the beautiful waterfront park area. We also loved the rocking chairs that the hotel has on their lovely porch. We sat there with our morning coffee and enjoyed the sunshine! Loved the hotel, we'll definitely stay there again.

Bar Ha Ba
We liked the hotel it was clean and the rooms were big. It was very nice to be able to walk to all the dining choices from your hotel. But the cost seems really high for what you get. The breakfast could have a few more choices also.

Very nice hotel
The weather was a total washout, but, of course, that's not the hotel's fault. The hotel is extremely nice and within walking distance of all the downtown shops. Our room was spacious and clean...very comfortable. The complimentary continental breakfast was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice stay
We stayed for 2 nights during Memorial day holiday. Location is good. It is located in Bar Harbor town and we could walk to restaurants and souvnior shops. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a plenty of parking spot behind the hotel. There was a fitness center, coin laundry, business center, and heated outdoor swimming pool.

Friendly, accommodating and pleasant
Spacious, bright and well stocked bathroom. All kinds of complementary coffee options. Not on the water, but an excellent location for in-town touring and dining. Accommodations are better here than the hotel owner's "sister" properties--Atlantic and Acadia Inn.

Relaxation at its best.
The hotel staff were very helpful and our room was extremely comfortable. We found no fault whatever, during our stay. The hiking is superb and the views from cadilac mountain are breathtaking. The town has a charmingly unspoiled atmosphere and we shall certainly be looking forward to a return trip.
