Good deal for the money
It's not the Taj Mahal of hotels, but the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, but the beds are hard. While we were there it looks like they started to upgrade the beds, which would be a plus. The continental breakfast is decent and there was plenty to go around. We wound up staying during college graduation weekend and the hotel was the busiest I've seen.

Surprisingly great place to stay!
I was a bit skeptical about this hotel because of the name "Econo". We booked late and the hotel chain that we usually stay at was booked for the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised though! The room was a bit small (we had one queen sized bed) but it was very clean and quiet. They gave us 4 extra pillows when i asked. The room was pretty basic. There was a bed, table, 2 chairs with a nice lamp over the table, tv (not flat screen) and the sink was separate from the tiny bathroom. The only weird thing was that they do not have any creamer in the room for your coffee. They give you a small coffee pot, coffee, cups, stirrers and a few types of sugar... but no cream. There is free coffee in the lounge but i would rather not trot to the lobby in my pjs at 5am. The front desk staff was very nice and let us have a late checkout (noon) for free! We were in Bangor to go to Hollywood Slots casino. We were planning on taking a cab from the hotel BUT when we got there we found that they actually have a shuttle that will bring you to the casino and then bring you back to the hotel when you call for a pickup! All you have to do is call the front desk to ask for a ride and meet the driver in the lobby. Then they will pick you up as late as 1 am from the casino! Overall it was a great experience and i would definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends!

Good value
nice room, friendly staff & lots of parking. Internet access available as well as pool with lots of clean towels.

so my only complaints were the rooms were pretty darn small,and also i could hear my neighbors yelling when i was trying to sleep for an early AM flight, but overall it's perfect for a short stay. the rooms are very clean and staff is very accommodating and friendly. :)

A place called McLaughlin's. It's absolutely amazing, great food, great atmosphere, and a live entertainer!!

Good Vacation Get away
The hotel was going thru some updates while we were there but over all the staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. It was pretty easy to find and we had a pleasurable stay.

its good for a night
I was just staying for a night...was good, not wonderful, but good enough for that and price...no weird smells, and bathroom, beds were clean.

pretty good value
check in was quick. staff were very helpful. Two lamps didn't work. It was too late, we didn't bother to complain. Not the best value comparing to same class of hotels, but more than acceptable.
