Sleep Inn Salisbury

The room was Ok. There was mold in the shower. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast food was so so.

Me and my husband and our baby came for the wknd to visit Ocean City which we enjoyed, but the hotel stay wasnt that impressionable, the staff wasn't friendly, no smiling faces when addressed. The room we had was ok, the TV was a little out dated, Its only good for just a last minute place to stay.

Hotel staff was courteous, but hotel room was just OK.

We had a great and fantastic time at this hotel. We spent time with our children, we shopped, went swimming, and went to Ocean City. The thing that was missing that would have made the stay more enjoyable is a buffet style complimentary breakfast.

We paid for my son and his wife to go to the beach for thier anniversary. They were rather disappointed by the overall experience, but cited the "continental breakfast" as aggrivating. They went down early enough to have something small for breakfast and found themselves waiting 15 mins for 1 waffle. The hotel ran out of stuff and they just decided to go somewhere else to eat. The customer service was lacking and not once, did anyone ask if they needed anything or how things were. I really do feel that for $160.00 for ONE night, it should have been a little better than that.

we have used this location may times 5/9 yrs KING SIZE IS NEED taller people 5;11 and 6; feet we were told all was taken we need a gueen size AT MOST upon arrival there was cancellation we should have recived a larger SPACE

it need more class or standard on stuff and atmosphere when you first enter lobby

The hotel looks very nice from the outside. The area has a couple of restaurants nearby a few are even at walking distance. We had a breakfast at Denny's Saturday morning which is literally a few steps away from the hotel, no need to drive! Unfortunately this is where the positive ends. Let me just say that my husband and I travel a lot. This hotel is definitely one of the worst, if not the worst , hotels we have ever stayed at. There is almost no lobby I mean an ugly couch and couple of chairs cannot qualify as one. Definitely not a great first impression but I thought as long as the room is ok it will not matter. We got a room on the first floor. Such a small room I have only seen in New York. It was tiny! We had a queen bed but I thought it was more like a full size. The furniture was very, very old! The room was a non-smoking one but it smelled bad. The bathroom (not a very clean one) had space only for the toilet and the shower (no tub) and the sink was actually inside the room. So weird! Another weird thing were the lights, there was a big neon-light above the bed and all light switches had a built in light. I guess that helps you to locate the switch easily but is very annoying when there is one on the side of the bed and literally in your face. The walls were paper-thin and we could hear the people above us and the noises from the parking lot very clearly. Around four o'clock in the morning we woke up because a child started screaming. We though that it is coming from one of the neighboring rooms. We patiently waited and eventually the screams ended but then it sounded like the child was now playing running around and talking loudly. After almost an hour I got up and went to the reception. So a child and his mom were there in the lobby making all that noise and the receptionist of the hotel was right with them not doing anything. I told her that we can hear the noise all the way in the room and she was very sruprised... I thought we will finally be able to catch on sleep. That did not happen since the hotel is offering breakfast starting at 6 o'clock and now the staff was walking around, making preparations, the noises from the breakfast area were so clear and the smell from the cooked food was in the room. Well we ended up checking out a night earlier. It did not make sense to stay another night and not being able to sleep. The final straw was when they could not give us a receipt!
