Sheraton Rockville Hotel

I like the location and the hotel. However, for Sheraton type hotel, I was hoping I did not have any issue with customer service or service in general. I was wrong. Our room did not get service, the housekeeping did not clean/make up the room. We got back to the room at 10 PM, and called the front desk and we got fresh towel and fresh linen, but who wants to change linens at 10 PM, especially when we already paid for the hotel room which should include housekeeping! We mentioned the issue we had the next morning when we checked out, but we got nothing. Not sure if it is typical Sheraton. I have stayed in other chains, and never had this issue before. Very dissapointed with Sheraton services.

very comfortable, the room seemed much larger than most with a desk area and a table and two chairs. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes and they provided two suitcase stands. The location was very good

The front desk was extremely helpful and polite while I was trying to add and extra night onto my reservation. Orbitz on the other hand, kept me and the front desk person tied up on the phone for a very long time and then ultimately could not help me. I had to book my extra night through the hotel.

The staff should have given us more information at check in. We stayed on the club level. We were not informed of the perks that went along with that. I called down to the front desk on Saturday morning to ask about continental breakfast and was told there wasn't one. I found out later that there was one in the club lounge beginning at 8am but we were not informed of that and never got to take advantage of that. I like being told of my options by the staff when I arrive, not being given the key and rushed to my room. That is what they did. The room was great. Staff, not so much.

This is our third stay at the Sheraton Rockville. Our initial reason for choosing this hotel was the location. It is within walking distance of our relatives. We keep coming back because of the hotel's amenities, cleanliness, comfort and service. The hotel is relatively new, with extremely comfortable beds, large bathroom, and modern decor. It is also very quiet with a nice restaurant/bar in the lobby.

Needed a hotel for the night while visiting family. The staff was very friendly, the room was large and clean, and most importantly, quiet. Would definitely stay there again on the next trip.

We needed a local hotel for the evening, and didn't have to sacrifice quality to save some money. The room was very affordable and very nice. Quiet hotel, small, but nice bar, staff was friendly.

The staff was gracious and accomodating. The bed was VERY comfortable.

Our room was lovely and the hotel beautiful. We had an unfortunate experience in the dining room. Remember everyting was new! My wife tried to get out of her chair to go to the bathroom and the chair broke in several pieces. Fortunately, my son was directly on her right and grabbed her arm before she crashed to the floor. Unfortunately, the right arm had a torn ligement in December 2006. My wife has had some soreness and discomformant since that time. The restaurant DID give the four of us FREE dessert. We had been in our room for a few minutes when a fire in the building was announced and we had to leave the building in the rain. It was very cold. Other than those two bad experiences we had a nice stay and enjoyed the hotel.
