Good Business Trip Stay

Excellent front desk, very cheerful and friendly, helpful and accommodating! Rooms are not that sound proofed hence one could hear the conversation from neighboring room or from the corridor.... Nice ambience, good bistro and kid friendly amenities with short drive to Rockville Town Center providing excellent entertainment and food options...

Rockville Courtyard

This was a quick trip and the room was used to sleep. The hotel was nicely decorated and the room was larger than expected. The wireless worked great and there were plenty of outlets to recharge devices. The room had a refrigerator which I wasn't expecting, so it was a great plus. If you are in town for business or just need a quiet and comfortable place to sleep while you go out and about The Courtyard was great.

They had some problems with the hot water but got it fixed quickly and offered to place me at another location for no extra charge.

Good Value

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and efficient. Liked the coffee service in the morning. Location is so-so, only one restaurant within reasonable distance and it was expensive. Surrounding area is sketchy.

Ok, but not great, may try elsewhere next time.

Nothing too special. The location was great but the room and hotel seemed to be a little old - didn't feel as clean and up to date.
