Cannot trust the wireless connection all the times

Reasonably priced with breakfast and centrally located. However, you get what you pay for. Breakfast has a large variety but is bland and served lukewarm. The beds were horrible. One in our room was so slanted that you slept on a hill all night. The television wasn't programmed properly so that you had to work to get the HBO channels. No garbage cans in the public areas so people leave garbage in the halls. The rooms are not overly clean. Stayed for a week and had to ask for towels since they were never changed! The doors slam shut loudly if you don't stop them so you can hear everyone coming and going all night long. This was problematic for us since we were assigned a room on a floor with a girls soccer team. With 4 girls to a room the doors were constantly slammed at all hours. Overall not recommended.

There was a great deal of construction in the area of the hotel and it was night time already. So, to say the least we were travel weary. Our GPS led us to the neighborhood of the hotel, but in a different direction. When I called the hotel front desk, Joshua was very helpful in guiding us in the right direction. He later gave us some restaurant menus to order dinner. We were a late arrival for hotel dinner. We spoke to the same young man earlier while in Virginia regarding our late arrival & he was very helpful!

Nice and comfortable room. Just wish there were restaurants close by. Friendly staff and very accommodating.

We've stayed several times at this hotel, due to its location (near our daughters apartment). After checking in we experienced a problem with the toilet in our room (it was clogged). It couldn't be resolved so we were transfered to another room. Unfortunately, after being transferred to the new room I realized that I had left a valuable camera tripod in the vacated room. The next morning I asked the receptionist if I could retrieve the tripod, but she refused because she was the only person at the front desk, and said I would need to be escorted to the room, (she was the only staff person there at 7:30 AM). The room we originally reserved had a large king size bed, the only non-smoking room available had two double beds, it also had a problem with the toilet. The only way to flush the toilet was to remove the top of the water chest! I wanted to remain positive and enjoy the Thanksgiving Holiday, so didn't mention the issue to management. I removed the water chest lid when needed. I doubt if we stay at this hotel again.

Top floor: stale smoke smell, slamming doors, and blasts of smoke-smelling air from the too-hot and too-cold heating unit all night long. On the plus side, the carpet was clean. On the minus, the pillows felt like they were king pillows cut in half, the towels were yellow (probably from smoke) and sandpapery, the smell was bad (did I mention the smoke?). I tried to save about $100 by staying in Rockville, but I should have just stayed in Bethesda like I did last year. There are cheaper hotels further north with similar quality; if you need to be closer to town, you will be paying too much here. Pay more for a significantly better experience.

Thee bed was comfortable, the hot breakfast was nice but we got stuck in a handicapped room where it took two days to get a remote control, the shower head was broken, and the maids didn't do a very good job cleaning.

I was looking for a hotel just outside of DC, but Metro accessible - Rockville Best Western worked out well! The shuttle made the trip easy on me, and saved my feet! It was a good deal for what I was charged, though I didn't realize it was quite as far as it was from the metro station!

Visiting friends; good location to 270.

We were set for late arrival and we checked in at 10:30 PM. We were traveling with 2 kids, both under 10. The staff were neither courteous nor rude until we went into our room and smelled cigarette smoke (actually the whole floor smelled of smoke). I immediately phoned the front desk and she kept telling me I did not request a non-smoking room and she could not help me. She kept saying the same thing over and over and, when we checked in, she had a bit of an attitude for how the room was booked (?). I told her we would be down and that I had proof we requested a non-smoking room. By the time we were downstairs, and after she made us wait until she was done with other customers, she gave us new room keys for a non-smoking room. We normally stay in 4 stars and above so the poor quality of deferential service to her customers was a little shocking. The location is very close to the family we came to see. They just had a new baby and we want to find an adequate hotel close to them so we can visit once a month or so. The beds were not that great and we did not have an opportunity to use any other facilities, although free breakfast was adequate. Thank you
