A New View
Nice Place To Visit
I paid for an "ocean view" room. I could see the ocean from the side of the building, 6 balconies away from the front of the building. I was told 3rd path booking agencies not have access to book oceanfront rooms. This was not clear. Because I was there during off season (April) and during an off time (Tuesday-Thursday) the staff was kind enough to upgrade me noting that this is not the first time a guest has been misled in this way. The hotel is beautiful. The staff is helpful. Your adds are deceptive.

business trip
We were disappointed with kitchen facilities in the suite. We were not given some necessities to utilize the kitchen and this is the reason the hotel was chosen. In our opinion the price was not worth what we were given.

Beyond pleased
Had a very nice experience here. Was amazed at all the options available. Indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, pool side bar. Room was spectacular. Definitely will come back with family during summer. Already looking at dates for return trip!

Problem with Management
As I was on my way to the hotel I received a phone call that my mother had passed away. Arriving there they said they would NOT accommodate me (refund advance payment) and suggested that I contact the hotel's executive committee. Sent letter and they did not have even the courtesy of a reply.

Consistant Stay
This is a second stay at the Princess Royale.(both in the off season) The Hotel is right on the beach and has an indoor pool. It has all the major features for a hotel i,e, pool, restaurant, gym etc. Rooms are clean, although slightly dated. It's not the "Ritz" but is clean and the staff is friendly.

Only the truth
Dirty room with a view and free GI bug for the whole family
This hotel should be downgraded significantly. Any positive review I am convinced is submitted by hotel staff. Everything about the experience from the hotel atmosphere, the food, the staff, the pool, the room- everything, was a resounding failure.

No in room movies available
Was a rainy weekend would have been nice to have a in room movie to watch. Also the television in the living room was really old and out dated. The parking lot is miserable to get in and out of. Slow elevators.
