Full-feature hotel on the beach in Ocean City
Holiday Inn Ocean City is a large hotel on the beach, a short drive from 20 area golf courses and the wild ponies of Assateague Island. Features include a large beachfront pool and the Original Pool Bar, indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, and sauna. Great beachfront hotel for the price
I stayed at this hotel for a work conference and it was pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious the rooms were. The beds were very comfortable and ocean view rooms have a lovely outdoor balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. At just over $100 a night (off season) this hotel was a great bargain and I would go back in a heart beat.

Decent
This hotel is decent for the price we paid. It's in the heart of ocean city. Our room was clean and staff very friendly. The only down fall is everything closes too early but hey it's the law there. Overall I give the hotel a 3 half.

spring getaway
The room was nice and it was great to have a kitchenette with three small kids. They loved the pool, although they got cuts on there feet from the bottom. When the front deck was told about the pool they said"it should be painted before the summer season. That did not help us. The air conditioning did not work, but was fixed promptly. The stove burner nobs were not right and the dishwasher did not work properly. The manager on duty and the maintainance were very accommodating though.

Easter getaway
Everything was great, except we (just personal preference) did not like the fact that the restaurant in the hotel had no windows, felt a little like a dungeon and was full of confusing mirrors to make it look bigger. The food and service were very good and reasonably priced, however. The one mark against room cleanliness is that I found a dirty coffee cup in the cupboard where the clean stuff was.

I think the place was called Doughroller, and it had good breakfast food, good service, and the buckwheat pancakes were fantastic!
