Luxury all-suite hotel on the Ocean City beach and boardwalk
Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Ocean City is right on the Ocean City beach and boardwalk. All rooms are suites with private ocean-view balcony, living room, bedroom, large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and kitchen with complete appliances and utensils. Elevated outdoor pool and expansive deck overlook the beach. Four-story atrium features indoor pool, fitness center, game room, and meeting facilities. Other conveniences include guest laundry facilities on every floor and complimentary newspaper, coffee and fruit.

Fantastic getaway
The hotel room was more than I expected. It was very clean, spacious and it had everything you could imagine. i.e. jacuzzi, fridge, microwave, TV etc. Very Nice!!!!

Our Stay at Springfest
The Staff worker hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was not clean, there were pretzel crumbs on the floor and the floor was sticky as in having had soda poured on it. Room was designed perfect and had everything we needed.

Very Happy
We were very happy with this hotel. The location on a quiet part of the boardwalk made it easy to walk around and not have to drive everywhere. The front desk upgraded our room to a corner suite which was larger and had a great view. We were also very pleased with the room rate for our quick January getaway to the beach.

Great One Nighter
Had a wonderful 1 night stay in this hotel. I enjoyed the room- very clean and nice. The bathroom was great with the overhead shower, and the jacuzzi jets in the bathtub. The view was perfect from my Eastern View room. I would absolutely stay again!

Perfect trip
Everything was really wonderful. Our only complaint was the indoor pool being with the restaurant and bar! Other than that, perfect!

Great Place. Bad Company.
Great place. Great value. Poor company. My girlfriend came along and could not control herself and she decided to get drunk at the Coral Reef Cafe bar during happy hour. She spent the rest of the night hugging the bowl and trashcan and could not walk nor stand. What a loser. I had planned a whole romantic weekend here for her birthday and she wasted it.

Buyer Beware
I would never recommend this hotel to any one, in fact, I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know who is going on a vacation to steer clear of HI hotels. The cleaning lady, Edith stole my ipod, there were ants in our room (12th floor), bird poop was baked onto the balcony furniture, the dishes and silverware in the kitchen had to be washed before using (there was actually lipstick on a glass in the cabinet), breakfast room service was 1 1/2 late, the following day we went to the cafe for breakfast, the coffee carafe the waitress was carrying around had so much crud on the outside, we were sick thinking what was inside the carafe that the public couldn't see. My friend got sick with diarrhea all night from our Hemmingway's meal and the rolls were stale. We ordered drinks with dinner and at the pool and both times we could not taste any alcohol. All in all, for a little more money we could have stayed at the Hilton and most likely had a much better time. Buyer beware!

Wonderful Stay!
Not only were we allowed early check-in, but the room we were given was beyond our expectations. We had a beautiful ocean view, jacuzzi, king sized bed, et c. The room was extremely clean and tidy and the staff was friendly and prompt. The hotel is extremely nice, and we had a very pleasant stay. Would love to come back again.

OC Regular
Disappointed
After staying in many hotels in OC for over 20 years, sadly, I was disappointed with this one. I am a HUGE fan of Holiday Inns and was looking forward to staying here, wish I would have stayed elsewhere now. Our bathroom and kithchen were filthy dirty, especially the floor. Additionally both queen beds were broken/sagging and in need of replacement. One positive is that management did take care of some noisey neighbors who were also enjoying some illegal substances.
