More than I expected.
I did not use much of the facility other than my room and the breakfast they provided. All was wonderful. The room was perfect. The beds were comfortable. I could not of asked for more of a complimentary breakfast.

Great Hotel had trouble with a manager
This Hotel was a great deal for the money. There was an incident that would call for managerial attention. The manager on duty was very dismissive and practically acted as though there was no problem this ended in a call to the corporate office. However, the rest of the stay and all of the staff beside this one manager were very kind and attentive. I would recommend this hotel for a family stay

Good quality
The overall quality of the room and the stay was very good. Breakfast is included and it was better than I expected. The hotel is across the street from the ocean. The boardwalk is a short drive to the south.

Very Nice, Clean, Attentive
Very Nice Hotel, clean and attentive staff. I left my car key sitting in the lobby during a dinner outing with friends and when I came back there was the counter staff waving my key at me. Thank you so much for caring about even if I do have Alzheimers lol.

Very nice and clean
Went to ocean city for a friends birthday the Hotel we stayed at was really nice and had a great pool only problem was that we thought the room had a pull out couch in it butwe didn't care when we got there the bed were big enough to sleep two comfy. Over all it was a very nice hotel and we are defiantly going back in the summer.

Great location for the price.
We were pleasantly suprised to find a wide selection of breakfast items to choose from. The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean and never heard any outside noise. The only thing I think they could add would be a fitness center of some sort. Enjoyed our stay. We'll be back.

This hotel was located close to all restaurants, activities, and the beach. A continental breakfast is included and the value is great.

Compared to other hotels in Ocean City I've stayed at, the Holiday Inn express was definitely nicer. The staff was friendly, the building itself was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked very well (very important to me). There's a small convenience store by the front desk that's open 24 hours which I thought was a nice idea. The location is conveniently within walking distance of both the Phillips buffet and a Dumsers Dairyland. The hotel is quiet, the friendly staff were great (I know it's the second time I've mentioned that) and the place wasn't full of drunken frat boys and such (probably has something to do w/ the price). This review scale doesn't have a setting between 4 and 5 stars, but that's what I would give it if I could :) my one gripe is that the pool is a bit small and crowded, but even so I'll likely stay here again. It helped make for a great vacation.

Walk north a few blocks to the Phillips buffet, it opens at 4pm... I've been going there for years and it's consistently great.
