Convenient location and fine onsite dining in Ocean City
Fenwick Inn is just a block from the Ocean City beach, minutes from Fenwick Island, within walking distance to shops, and an easy drive on Coastal Highway to the boardwalk, convention center, dining, shopping, and world-class recreation including deep-sea fishing and golf. Onsite fun includes a game room and indoor aqua fun center with a pool, waterfall, and whirlpool. Jordan's Rooftop restaurant offers ocean views and live entertainment. Rooftop meeting space includes a ballroom with separate dance-floor area for up to 200 guests.

Wasn't satisfied
The front desk receptionist we had when we first arrived was absolutely rude! She looked bothered that we were checking in and didn't want to answer our questions. The rooms itself were very spacious but needed a lot of updating and had a scuzzy feel to it.They weren't really that clean. The bed was comfortable though which was a nice relief. They did open a new restaurant upstairs and the food was pretty good. A little pricy for the area but it was nice to eat on the top floor and overlook the streets.

Great weekend getaway
Room was comfortable. In a nice location and the free morning coffee was very much appreciated.

Short beach stay
Stayed from Sunday through Thursday. Good location one block from beach. Hotel room looked worn - in need of an update. Food and service in hotel restaurant were nothing to write home about.

Buses run every 10 minutes the length of the Coastal Highway - $1 per trip, or $3 all day. Better than driving and hunting for a parking space.

The room was clean, the location was great, and no complaints. If you are expecting the Ritz, don't book here, but overall it was great for a beach hotel.

Older place at far end of Ocean City
The Fenwick Inn is an older hotel in need of renovations but the room was clean. Its location is about 110 blocks away from the boardwalk and about a 30 minute drive to West Ocean City. It is a block away from he beach. I would not stay there again. There are many other hotels that are newer and closer to the boardwalk.

Hotel and Club all in one!
Hotel was very clean and the in room air conditioning was ice cold! Only negative thing about hotel was the club on the roof. If your room is above the 5th floor you won't be able to sleep til 3 am.

not as expected
Our stay at the fenwick inn started out being blamed for making a reservation. Our check in time was at 4:00pm but we weren't able to check in untill after 6:30.(which made for a long day.)The man at the desk was unwilling to help with matters he said he could call his manager and never did. He just told us our room was not ready to come back. The pool was not what it looked like online, it claimed they have splash stations, not true. There was suppose to be a waterfall in the middle of the pool as well and that was missing. The pool over all wasn,t too clean either. This trip was our first to ocean city,MD and I can tell you we won't be returning. The hotel its self is too far from anything the boardwalk, resturants, shopping,etc. I was glad we had our car.

family beach overnight
overnighter at the beach, family, our room wan't ready till 4:30 which was disappointing. Fenwick as usual was clean and staff friendly.

Ok with Bird Feathers in the pillows
OK in cleanliness, facilities not too bad. Restaurant is a plus. OK for the price on peak holidays seasons. Too bad as it is far from board walk and actual beach location. Very Bad with Itching bird feathers in the pillow. Very Bad as they do not allow check-ins before 4PM. Staff not polite.
