First room didn't have a bath tub. I needed one for my children to bathe. I reserved for two adults and two children. Was moved to a smaller room eventually with a tub. Not what I paid for. Staff was ok, they told me they were fully booked and
then magically a room appeared and then another... In first room, one air conditioner for two room suite. Did nothing for bedroom. Had a ceiling fan that wobbled and made noise all night. Got to second room, three bedrooms, all with double beds. Couldn't enjoy being beside my wife. Then the next room. Smallest of them all. But had a king bed, sofa with a pullout, and a tub. Just super small for all of us. Faucet was loose, toilet seat was loose. Took maintenance over five hours to come and fix the problems. Will never stay at this hotel again!

We don't normally stay at this hotel but this was a spur of the moment trip. The hotel is a ways down the board walk from the main attractions and the lay out and parking of hotel is not very well designed.
The rooms are in need of updating. Our room smelled and just felt grimy. The pool was nice and it's a great location, right on the boardwalk. The staff was very friendly. Really the only negative was the cleanliness of the room. Also, it was an
old layout and the elevator was very difficult to get to from our room. There were two steps on the path to/ from the elevator to our room so it really made no sense to use it. We were inconvenienced at check-in when we had all our stuff loaded up on the cart and had to walk it up the stairs b/c we couldn't take it up the elevator.
Great stay at this hotel! We stayed in the french quarters building our room wasn't ocean front but great pool view and easy short walk to boardwalk and beach! And its on the corner of 22nd & Baltimore. This hotel has two pools a mini bar that has
a pool side wait staff that serves food and beverages.. Very nice! The room wasn't 5 star but being at the beach and coming in out of sand what do you expect! I would stay here again and will recommend this to others! Can't wait to come back for future visits! I hope this helps others make a decision
