Great location, good amenities, clean and inexpensive. We got a great deal on a 2 bedroom condo! Only problem was the walls are so thin you can overhear every conversation in the corridor and even people walking/running outside. Good luck getting an uninterrupted nights sleep. Its a pity coz the rooms the beds and the whole place was perfectly comfortable and worth the price. I'd probably still go back and hope for a less noisy neighbor.

I gave this hotels amenities a higher rating due to having a indoor ice rink. Its location is good, beach front, away from the downtown Ocean City congestion, plenty of parking & a large area for unloading & loading vehicles in front of main entrance. Room was average & was clean. I gave room a lower score for comfort due to the heating/air conditioning unit in my room was extremely loud; it obviousley needed to be serviced. The ice machine for the floor I stayed on was not operating, which meant walking to a upper floor for ice. There are a lot of activities for kids & families.

Great place for a family and kids. It was off season and still packed with children and families, and we didn't get to enjoy the pool and sauna like we planned. Also, it was too windy and cold to go out on the beach. Our room 322, was falling apart! I plan on going back with my niece during the late summer season, hopefully I'll get a better room.

The location of the hotel was average. It is off of the boardwalk, but near shopping centers. The room was clean, but there was no heat. We finally had to call the front desk to ask for more blankets and they brought us a space heater instead. We could not connect to the Wi-Fi, and were told that the system is "old" and will be replaced soon. I was disappointed in the staff since it was freezing outside and although they brought a space heater, we still did not get extra blankets. It's pretty bad when you have to sleep with a hat on. The price was very disappointing considering the difficulties that we had. I would only recommend this hotel to a friend during warmer months and if they had no need to connect wirelessly to the Internet.

It was a great weekend. My kids were able to ice skate and go swimming while it was cold out. Staff was nice and plenty of parking. Will be back in the summer.

Really enjoyed the stay. The rooms just need to be touched up some with some fresh paint/trimming, but the cleanliness was great...beds comfy, view was awesome from the fifth floor over looking the beach. ;o) The service/food at both the Resturant and Sports Bar were very good and fairly priced. The Thanksgiving buffet was excellant, wide choice of food from seafood to the main turkey meal and a assorrment of salads was yummy. Great job chef!! ;o) But the one thing that really impressed me was that the hotel was designed and set into motion with kids in mind!! the room could have been cleaner, but the view was spectacular from the ocean front room i rented, the hotel floors only seem to run up to the 4th floor & everything above is a condo or apt. , unusal surprise to find a ice skating rink just beyond the lobby, the pool & gym were great but they need to open the pool before 1pm!!!, also the restaurant closed around 5 pm on sunday, so no room service, but plenty of places to go outside. it was great that the room had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker and the h.d. tv was nice, all in all the price was right and I would stay there again

The hotel was clean but outdated. The staff was great and the ice rink was cool.

Not much has changed since I stayed here 25 years ago, including the rooms. Overall a good value for the location and the amenities, including the indoor heated pool and ice skating rink. Great location, right on the beach. However, avoid the interior rooms - the noise is tremendous in the atrium with the activities that go on through 10:30PM - you'll hear every bit of it.
