Great Accomodations and Location
This hotel offers great rooms with a kitchen including a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and dishware and silverware. It is right across the street from The Gaylord which makes it a great home base for events at the Convention Center. The rooms at The Residence Inn are nicer then the Gaylord's rooms; although the Gaylord's public areas are fantastic. The Residence Inn also offers free breakfast with an extensive offering of breakfast choices. They also have a parking garage offered at $11.00 per night during our visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly Staff and spacious room
I stayed at this hotel on my conference trip because the conference hotel (Gaylord National) across the street was overbooked during the last night of my stay. The room is spacious with a small kitchen and a sitting area. The staff members are friendly and helpful. However, the amenities can use some improvement. The shampoo, lotion, and conditioner were in mini bottles and low quality. There is also a stain in the carpet. Overall, the facility seems old. I prefer this hotel to Gaylord though. At least it was quiet at night during my stay. I stayed at Gaylord National for three nights in the beginning of my trip. It was very noisy over there because of the very thin walls and all the commotion in the atrium.

Perfect Location
Perfect for a Residence Inn and I have stayed at many. Staff very friendly and helpful. I wanted milk late in the evening and the staff went into the kitchen and provided two boxes free of charge!

Weekend Getaway

My Stay
It was fine. The room was a little smaller then I expected. Even though the hotel has a no party rule, the rooom across from us was very loud for the remainder of our second night. The hotel didn't do anything about it but sent someone up to our room to tell us my sister car was being towed.
