The Westin Baltimore Washington Airport - BWI

When I first got there, I had to wait 1 1/2 hours until I got my room. While I was waiting, I went to the restaurant inside the hotel. It took forever to get served. For $180 per night I would think wi-fi would be free. Holiday Inn has free wi-fi. This was the worst experience I have had at a hotel.

I was booked at this hotel. My flight was sufficiently delayed that I elected to cancel my trip and with it the hotel. I called the night before, the next morning and again the third time in the afternoon when the manager was to be out of his morning meeeting. He never did respond. When finally contacted by [...] he responded by saying he would not grant any reimbursement.

We requested two queen-size beds and instead opened the hotel room to two doubles - would have been better if the front desk would have told us they were unable to meet our request.

At first, we thought we really got a good deal. But we soon discovered that nothing there is free. We were charged for our continental breakfast. The bottled water in our room? Also, not free. After 2 weeks in a German hotel room with no bath, I was super excited to take a bubble bath and de-stress from traveling, but to my disappointment the bath didn't work. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and were more than happy to help arrange shuttle service for us. They also have a fantastic fitness center complete with cardio and free weight equipment. The pool is nice as well.

Room was nice, but no refrigerator or microwave, there was a locked frig. I had to retreive a key from the front desk, but once opened, it did not work. The hotel did bring a "wobley" one to the room. I placed a order at the restaurant downstairs and was told it would be a few minutes. Twenty minutes later I called from the room and was again told it would be a minute that the order was not in. 1 hour later a server did bring my wings to my room and told me "I waited to long". She did have a full refund for me, but I had called at least several times looking for the order.

my room had a used band aid form a finger on the floor in the bathroom and had a clipped fingernail on a hand towel in the cubby. gross I have stayed there in the past and things were good. This was not a good thing to see this time.

Small room, no restaurent only room service. Had to leave hotel so I wouldnt have to pay 19.00 for a hamburger. Had to park in the back of the hotel far from front intrance wouldn't have been to bad if there wern't 8 inches of snow on the ground and the temp was above 25 degrees.

I enjoyed the stay at the hotel; I especially liked the fitness center and the restaurant. I was not entirely pleased with the status of the pool area - it was closed due to renovation. I had a pleasant stay.

I was not impressed, at all. I've stayed at much cheaper hotels and got a lot more. My section had no internet signal, yes they were willing to move me but it wasn't worth the hassle. Room service was good, but the best thing about this stay was the gym. If the gym wasn't as grand as it was, the ratings would not be as good. Overall, I should have stayed somewhere else!

Just a few "less than great" personalities detracted from this "almost perfect" experience. Wonderful food, comfortable facility...evertying I needed!
