Motel 6 Baltimore BWI Airport

I went to my nephew graduration at Morgan State University. Yeh my wife, The rate is higher than I am use to pay for Motel 6

The girl at check in was great and helpful.No coffie pot in rooms. No tv line up. Hard beds. For the same price in Joppa MD I got a Micro & fridge and nice bed and big room.

First of all you recommended the Super Shuttle which did not even run to this hotel so I would like the $13 charged to that refunded and secondly you recommeneded a room that had drugs in it. I checked in, went to use the phone book and found some foreign drugs in there. The desk did not seem surprised by this and they refunded my room however did not help me with cab fair to another hotel. i would like a refund for that $15 as well. I plan to word of mouth your website and services and my experience to as many people as possible if your not going to do anything with me. I can also say there is a good chance I may never use your service again depending on how you resolve this matter. Lastly, one of my professors is writing a book on customer service and is looking for real world examples of poor service and he will use this depending on how you handle it. The Motel 6 Baltimore, BWI AIrport, in Linthicum Hts, MD was the perfect location for easy highway access to Baltimore, easy commutes to Washington DC and Alexandria & Arlington Virginia via the 295, and then a 10 minute rental car return to the BWI Airport. The 3rd floor room, 303, was quiet, spotlessly clean and made-up fresh everyday, the office staff was most helpful with directions, and just a 1/2 mile away was the G & M Restaurant where the crab cakes and mussels were absolutely outstanding!! In fact, I ate there 5 of the 7 nights I was there.....free parking and more for your $$$ than in downtown Baltimore at the HarborPlace. Room rates were quite the deal and I would highly recommend this Motel 6 and its location to everyone. Numerous Fast Food restaurants and a gas station are within easy walking distance as well. You won't be disappointed.

The staff was very nice but we could not check in until 3 hours after check in time.When we finaly checked in, I opened the door and the place waws a total mess!! To make a long story short my freind and I had to stay in 2 different rooms

The Motel 6 in Lithicum was what I thought it would be. It's cheap and you get what you pay for. The thing that pushed it over to unsatisfactory was seeing a cockroach on the nightstand. Overall the Hotel 6 served it's purpose but if you can spend the dough on a better place.

Upon arriving at the motel, myself (along with others) were told that no rooms were available; and that housekeeping were currently cleaning rooms. Finally, after 30 minutes, I was given a room. Upon entering, I was very disappointed with the roaches and trash between the bed and nightstand. I know, what can you expect for such a low rate. I only stayed there because it was close to a certain entertainment I wanted to check out for the two nights. Also, not the best location; I was scared coming back to my room after 1:00 a.m.

I asked if they had iron and ironing boards I was told that they had iron for a 5 dollar deposit but they did not have ironing boards I was advised to use the bed or counter top to iron my clothes. Then I had trouble connecting to the internet and nobody on site had the information to assist me with how to get connected to the wireless connection that I payed extra for. After that there was a storm I know they dont control the weather but I had rain and hail comming into my room from beneath the door and when I asked for new towel because I had used mine to put under the door they told me housekeeping was gone for the day. This was all within my first two hours of being there.

Rooms too small for 4 people but we made do. Clean and cozy and nice people. The only downfall was that it was memorial weekend and the pool wasn't open. It was 90 degrees and beautiful. would have loved the pool
