Okay for a night
Appearance was dingy and unappealing. Only needed a place to sleep and it sufficed. Walls were a little thin.

Worst Hotel Ever I have lived in
Made reservation for non-smoking room. They put me into smoking room. Bed sheets were dirty and having smoky smell in it. It was big nightmare to live in this hotel.

Frugal Enough
Good Value in a Great Location
First, I'm a no frills traveler: bed, shower, and a/c. I can't see spending ridiculous amounts of money on a room where you only sleep. Parking could be a problem, but always found a space (staff can direct you to overflow parking area). The room small, clean and comfortable enough; with coffee maker and small fridge. Simple breakfast included, bonus. Staff patient and helpful, bonus. Location near airport and short drive from local attractions, bonus. The workout room was small and crowded with machines and since I didn't do laundry never got clarification on its existence. Microtel is a good value IMHO.

overnight getaway
staff was friendly, and very efficient, check in was prompt, and on point, room very clean, and comfortable, everything I needed was there. spacious for a very good price, would definately recommend to family and friends,

Not Bad
The shuttle service, having a fridge and microwave in the room, and breakfast made our lives a lot easier. We were able to walk to near by restaurants and use the hotel shuttle to get to a the BWI train station, so we never needed to rent a car. Some of the staff were friendlier than others, but they were all pretty professional. The room was clean and orderly. We're pretty picky about beds and pillows, so it wasn't entirely comfortable to us, but I think most people would be fine. Overall I wasn't that impressed, but it was fine.

Ruby Tuesdays is just down the road and has a great salad bar. In the other direction, if you like Indian food, the Bay Leaf has a really good buffet. Both are reasonably priced and make a great dinner stop on your way back to the hotel or a quick outing if you're staying in that day.

The African American lady@the front desk was excellent,in fact she,goes beyond the call of duty for the hotel,i hope she is getting paid really well for all of the things and the excellent customer service she provides!The bathroom was filthy hair was all over the floor in the tub ande sticky stuff was on the floor and on the toilet/sink.Spider webs were everywhere and that was just the Bathroom!! There was spots of blood on the sheets!!! Yuck!! The breakfast consist of cold cereal which was stale along with stale bagels and the milf was from a can and had a really weird taste to it...Thats what i heard anyway,i dared not tried it!

very conveniant
overrall it was pleasant stay , the cleaners did an exellent job on the room it s smell good, ..my only concern , THereis a African american receptionist she is the best of doing her job,very polite ,respecfull , My only concern they don t have a variety of food for Breakfast always the same thing to eat
