This motel was a disappointment from what was listed on it's webpage. There was no hot breakfast, the single bed room was so small you could hardly move around, the first room I got had a leaky toilet which caused me to move to another room, the 2nd room was suppose to be a non-smoking room but "reeked" of cigarette smoke causing me to get the manager to deordorize it. Staff was cordial and helpful however. Big dissappointment. Would not recommend.

Terrible
Bugs in room, sink broken, filthy bathroom, disturbed in middle of night by a domestic dispute in hallway. Never stay there.... Pay the extra money.

on arrival the shuttle staff was nice and picked us up at the airport. they were very nice and gave us alot of information. hotel was dated, when we showed up we were considering going next door to a nicer hotel, but decided to stay it was okay, it didn't stink but just needed some updating. i'm used to nicer hotels i guess. the shuttle service was super nice, no need for a car, they have buses and trams everywhere and the shuttle will take you to them. which was very nice. we were only there for a few days and went into washington also. took the amtrak, no problems. there's a few restaurants the shuttle will also take you too. overall it was a fun trip and the hotel was okay. breakfast was not what we expected, the other reviews said eggs sausage waffles, etc. they only served us a normal continental bfast. toast cereal milk juice bagels etc. but it was good.

Short drive from hotel
free shuttle will take you to the light rail so you can get to downtown baltimore. shuttle service was very nice. not sure i would recommend this hotel to family or friends.. just because we are used to more updated hotels. it was okay and didn't stink or have weird smell but just average looking.

It was ok....
Believe it or not, my primary reason for selecting this hotel was because they had a weight machine. It looked good on the website; however, it was in less than good condition and did not work very well. That was a major downer.

good for the price i paid...
We were in town for a concert and only stayed one night and this place was good for the price we paid. Room was very clean, convenient location, and they even let us check in early. Overall very nice and confortable place to stay for just one night. Would stay here again.

Good for one night
Staff was nice to my wife and myself. I am handicaped. I could access my room well enough, but I could not get into the tub. I should have a shower with no step. We stayed only one night so I caan't give any opinion about maid service. The access to food was good, with at least 2 venders that would deliver to the room.

Microtel made me Homesick...
The room wasn't comfy. Blankets were super thin, there was no screen on the window;so forget fresh air. And the couch was so ruined...we couldn't even sit down! The only nice thing about the room was the flat screen TV!
